Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new product development, process improvement, and other special projects.
- Oversee cross-functional teams of up to 30 members across multiple departments and locations.
- Guide new product development from concept to launch.
- Manage a portfolio of 7–15 projects simultaneously.
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP certification or willingness to obtain.
- Proven experience leading projects and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with MS Project and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of various project management methodologies.
Key Duties:
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones and goals are collaboratively set.
- Facilitate team meetings and activities during the concept, feasibility, design, and production phases.
- Lead product launch activities and market release strategies.
- Proactively identify risks, communicate concerns, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Maintain and enhance project management systems, tools, and processes.
- Train and mentor others in project management best practices.
- Lead or participate in other large cross-functional initiatives, including site improvements and business process enhancements.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and cost within project processes.
- Support non-product development continuous improvement activities as needed.
